THE SOMATIC WOMB PATH
9-Month Certification Program at the Intersection of East Asian Medicine, Somatics, and Embodied Neuroscience
Reclaim the wisdom of your womb. Cultivate soft skills of intuition, deep listening, and attunement through somatic practices, nervous system healing, and the cycles of nature—while deepening your capacity to hold space for yourself and others.
What is Somatic
Womb Work?
Somatic Womb Work is a radical transdisciplinary modality created by Dr. Jeevan Singh. It weaves together somatics, mindfulness, traditional earth-based wisdom, and womb-pelvic bowl healing to support whole-being transformation.
This work invites you to reconnect with your womb as a place of reclaimed safety, creativity, and vitality. It guides you to heal multidirectionally—through your body, your emotions, and your relationship with the natural world.
Somatic Womb Work reminds us that pleasure is intertwined with grief, that death is the doorway to birth, and that rest is the grandmother of joy. It is a path to remembering your cyclical nature and reclaiming your wholeness.
The Somatic Womb Path is an invitation to return home—to your body, your breath, and the innate wisdom of your womb. Through somatic practices, understandings of the nervous system, and relational healing, this path offers a transformative toolkit for healing practitioners seeking to deepen their work and nourish their own wellbeing.

Our Foundations
Womb School Triangle
At the heart of it all lies the womb, the lower elixir field, a space of alchemy and mystery, creation and transformation. The womb serves as an embodied storyteller, holding ancestral energy and offering wise inner knowing, connecting us to cycles of life and death as the vessel of our deepest truths.
-
East Asian Medicine reminds us that all of life exists interdependently. What happens at the level of the mind simultaneously takes shape in the body and manifests in the felt language of the heart. The slow medicine of the earth's seasons and the spinning of celestial bodies above resonate with and are inhabited by the cycles in our own lives and bodies.
-
Somatics invites us to listen deeply to the body’s innate intelligence. Through embodied practices, we cultivate a felt sense of safety, grounding, and connection to the womb and pelvic bowl. This pillar emphasizes the importance of moving from the inside out—honoring the body as a living, breathing map of our lived experiences.
-
We explore the rhythm of the nervous system as an embodiment of yin and yang, expansion and contraction. Beginning with practitioner cultivation and holding space for self, we expand outward to supporting clients with compassionate listening. Through somatic womb-based exercises, we develop both concrete and soft skills to guide clients into deeper embodiment and cyclical attunement, fostering a connection to the wisdom held within our intelligent body systems.
THE SOMATIC WOMB PATH WILL GUIDE OUR PRACTITIONERS IN:
-
Cyclical Attunement
Just as nature moves through seasons, so do our bodies and lives. This theme invites you to align with your inner cycles—menstrual, lunar, and seasonal—and the Five Elements of EAM (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water). By attuning to these rhythms, you’ll learn to flow with change, honor rest, and harness the power of regeneration.
-
Somatic Womb Work
This theme dives into the heart of the practice—reconnecting with the womb as a source of creativity, vitality, and healing. Through embodiment exercises, nervous system regulation, and EAM-inspired techniques, you’ll explore the multidimensional aspects of the womb and pelvic bowl, both for yourself and your clients.
-
The Art of Space-Holding
Holding space for others begins with holding space for yourself. This theme explores the balance between empathy and boundaries, teaching you how to stay grounded and resourced while supporting others. You’ll learn somatic tools to navigate relational dynamics and create a container of safety for your clients.
-
Practitioner Cultivation
The most vital tool in your healing practice is you. This theme focuses on your personal healing journey, helping you cultivate resilience, presence, and self-awareness. Through somatic practices and EAM principles, you’ll deepen your connection to your own womb space and nervous system, creating a strong foundation for your work.

Why This Matters Now…
In a world where the map of womb health is often overlooked, the need for holistic, embodied healing has never been greater. Conventional medicine often reduces our experiences into a narrow focus on symptoms, drugs, and surgeries, leaving little room for the deeper, cyclical, and relational aspects of our wellbeing.
𖣊
The Somatic Womb Path offers a radical alternative—a blueprint for healing that honors the womb as a source of power, creativity, intuition, and vitality. By integrating the wisdom of East Asian Medicine, somatics, and embodied neuroscience, this work provides a comprehensive map for navigating the dynamism of our bodies, emotions, and relationships.
𖣊
When we take care of the womb, we take care of life. This is not just about healing ourselves—it’s about reclaiming our power and creating a new paradigm for womb health. When we reconnect with the wisdom of our wombs, we not only transform our own lives but also contribute to a larger cultural shift. Together, we can create a world where womb health is seen as sacred, where our cycles are honored, and where our bodies are trusted as sources of deep knowing.

Who is this for?
The Somatic Womb Path is for healers, guides, and practitioners who:
Feel called to integrate somatic womb practices into their work.
Seek to deepen their own womb and pelvic bowl embodiment.
Desire tools to support clients in reconnecting with their womb space.
Long to live and work in alignment with inner and outer cycles.
Whether you’re a therapist, acupuncturist, doula, yoga teacher, or energy worker, this path offers a wellspring of tools to nourish your own healing while expanding your capacity to hold space for others.
The round shape of the Womb reminds us of a circle embodying the cyclical nature and continuity of life; a timeless continuum. It has no beginning or end, top or bottom and it excludes nothing and embraces everything. The Womb is also a terrain that we seek to rewild and like any healthy ecosystem, we thrive when there is biodiversity.
For these reasons, we welcome all bodies in our space, including those who identify as women, femmes, transwomen and transmen, nonbinary and genderfluid loves. We believe Womb Work is for everyone; we all came from a Womb. We also emphasize that you don’t need a physical uterus to experience and offer womb work.
As healing practitioners, the most vital “tool” in our work is ourselves. The Somatic Womb Path offers a way to nourish your own healing while deepening your ability to support others on their journey.
What will we explore?
In The Somatic Womb Path, we dive deeply into the magic of somatic womb work. This is not just a theoretical journey—it’s an embodied experience. Our journey together follows this arc of transformation:
-
Develop a felt sense of safety, grounding, agency, and connection.
Explore your womb stories and your current relationship to your womb and pelvic bowl.
Practice embodiment exercises to bridge connection to your womb, root, and pelvic bowl.
Attune to your inner cycles and live in relationship to the seasons of nature.
-
Learn somatic practices to support clients in reconnecting with their womb space.
Hold compassionate space for yourself and others, including boundaries and empathy.
Dive into the power of relational healing and the wisdom of the Water element.
-
Remember yourself as a circular being, deeply connected to the collective.
Travel through the seasons of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, learning skills for attunement, somatic mindfulness, and elemental embodiment.
Return to the collective pool of mystery, where healing is both personal and universal.

Our Immersions
Immersion #1 Womb School Foundations: Finding Our Ground Together
-
MARCH 29, 2025 9-3pm PST
MARCH 30, 2025 9-12:15pm PST
-
In this opening workshop we'll be laying the groundwork for our 9-month journey together in The Somatic Womb Path and naming the arc of our journey. Beginning with the “me,” we will hone in on our own healing and resourcing as practitioners. Following this arc in our 2nd and 3rd immersions, we’ll expand to you - the “me + you” as we begin to apply this work to our healing practices. And, lastly, we will return to the “we” - the collective pool of mystery in our last immersion with the Water element.
We'll also be studying our navigational map, which details the fundamentals of Chinese Medicine, Somatics and the nervous system in relation to the concentric circles of the seasons, the 7-year life cycles and the menstrual cycle for the purpose of integrating, relating and healing the womb. Practitioners that complete the 9-month journey will gain a deepened understanding and incorporation of the triangle of Somatics, East Asian Medicine and The Womb.
Immersion #2 Be Like Wood: Emerging Dawn, Birth & Visioning
-
MAY 24, 2025 9-3pm PST
MAY 25, 2025 9-12:15pm PST
-
In our 2nd Immersion of The Somatic Womb Path, we go deeper with the “me” in our relational arc through the Wood Element which represents birth and early childhood. We will return to our navigational map and orient towards the resonances of the Wood Element and the concentric circles of Spring, the Growth of Yang, Visioning, Pre-Ovulation and Second Spring (post menopause). We will learn and practice Orienting, Tracking, Ting (Deep Listening) and guiding mindfulness in womb work. We will get deeper into the nervous system, learning about the Window of Tolerance/Capacity and move into a practice of nervous system mapping. We will then close out this weekend immersion by relating the Wood element to the Womb.
Immersion #3 Be Like Fire, Be Like Earth: Healing in Relationship
-
JULY 26, 2025 9-3pm PST
JULY 27, 2025 9-12:15pm PST
-
For this immersion, we’ll explore healing as relational, to each other, to our bodies, to our earliest caregivers and how they impacted our developing nervous systems, as well as to our inner child and the Heart-Womb axis.
East Asian Medicine and Somatics are relational fields, and Fire and Earth are considered a mother-child pair. Fire teaches us about our emotions, our relationships, our joy, pleasure and connection, as well as how these can get blocked.
Earth guides us into our sense of safety and “trust” in the world, our embodiment and how we digest experience. Putting roots into the Earth guided by the light of Fire, we'll experientially learn the importance of resourcing, co-regulation and attunement in our work as healing practitioners, as well as the roles of Blood, digestion and the Shen or Spirit in heart-womb wellness.

Immersion #4 Be Like Metal: Containment, Resonance and Distilling the Essence
-
SEPTEMBER 20, 2025 9-3pm PST
SEPTEMBER 21st, 2025 9-12:15pm PST
-
In this immersion we will be orienting to the Metal element as we explore boundaries, containment and the alchemy of distillation to reveal the core of what matters most in life.
We will continue to hone in on Practitioner Cultivation and Space-Holding as we practice containment first for ourselves as practitioners, aligning with our felt sense of integrity, inner-essence and clarity from which to relate from. From this place, we can gently track with clear eyes and heart, mirroring what we witness in another, slowing down and inviting our clients to be with their truth of what is.
Through the spirit of the Lungs and the Metal Element, Po, we can explore the themes of grief and love in womb work, letting go and finding what is most precious. Finding firm and soft ground within our inner masculine and inner feminine, yin and yang, we will learn tools, practices and skills for Practitioner-Client Alignment. As we shine the glass of our own inner mirrors, we will receive greater clarity and reflection.
Immersion #5 Be Like Water: Integration & True Receiving
-
DECEMBER 6, 2025 9-3pm PST
DECEMBER 7, 2025 9-12:15pm PST
-
As we close out the Year of the Yin Wood Snake, we can reflect on all the lessons that the Water element has to teach us. It is the origin of all things and represents our initial home, the Watery Womb & The Mystery. Here, we can connect to our ancestors, our birth stories, our lineage and learn the art of wu wei, as well as harness and conserve Jing essence, nurture longevity and have more trust in the unknown.
Through the spirit of the Kidneys and the Water Element, Zhi, we can explore freeze and flow in the nervous system, tapping into our will power as we adapt to the ever-evolving circle of change. In the spirit of the circle, endings are also beginnings. From Water, we are born into Wood to begin another cycle.

The Somatic Womb Path teaches a one-of-a-kind, multidisciplinary approach to transformational womb healing that we lovingly call Somatic Womb Work. Our methodology is rooted in relational dynamics, seasonal-cyclical attunement and pelvic bowl embodiment. Nowhere else will you find this depthful merging of traditional East Asian Medicine, neuroscience and somatics, all converging within the womb space. Kris, Jeevan and Marissa cumulatively bring with them 30+ years of experience working and teaching around the womb, having served thousands of clients and students around the world, distilling everything they know into this potent, transformative program.
-
The Somatic Womb Path continually invites us back into relationship - with our bodies, with each other, with the seasons, with the world. Because of the strong relational component to our program, we focus on these foundational skills most needed when tending to relationships - all centered around the process of attunement or how we "feel felt." Together, we practice what it means to "attune" to our own wombs and bodies, to the seasons, and to our clients. Students describe this journey of relational healing as being life changing and rippling far beyond their healing work, into their own lives and relationships.
-
Living in these times that increasingly take us away from our bodies, The Somatic Womb Path is a remedy that prepares you for guiding clients back into their bodies as sites of embodied intelligence, deep connection and intergenerational healing. This program offers you the skills and tools for working with the womb in a way that is authentically relational, cyclically attuned and wholly embodied.
In this program, you will be supported in meeting your clients who are craving deeper access to their body, greater reconnection with their womb space and a return home to the pelvic bowl as a foundational space of safety and grounding, sensuality and pleasure, creativity and wisdom.
Leaning into the teachings of traditional East Asian Medicine, embodied neuroscience and somatics, you will gain confidence in facilitating Somatic Womb Work with your clients, noticing the co-transformation that happens when you practice through a relational lens. We have found that these teachings set our students apart in their fields and greatly benefits their 1:1 and group sessions. -
This is the only program of its kind that guides you through the process of how to facilitate Somatic Womb Work. Somatic Womb Work is a radical transdisciplinary approach to womb healing that gently and profoundly supports our clients in re-embodying their wombs and pelvic bowls. In this program, you will be guided step-by-step into how to offer Somatic Womb Work to your clients, with opportunities for experiencing and practicing these practices in our live immersions.
Through the merging worlds of traditional East Asian Medicine and embodied neuroscience, you will learn frameworks, maps and tools for understanding the nervous system, seasonal-cyclical attunement, guiding somatic practices and honing practitioner cultivation.
